Dear The Studio: A Hair Salon Community,
We've missed you and we are looking forward to seeing you again after we reopen on May 11, 2020! We have been busy rescheduling appointments from the last several weeks. We are very grateful for your patience and understanding thus far!
In the wake of Covid-19, we recognize there will have to be a new "normal" in our industry - at least for awhile. Please bear with us as we implement new policies and procedures in order to satisfy government mandates as well as keep the health and safety of our guests and staff at the forefront of our business. You'll find them below; please read on so you will be prepared for your next hair appointment.

Updated Policies and Procedures Due to Covid-19
-If you or anyone in your home has been ill in the last 48 hours, please allow us assist you with rescheduling your appointment. Thank you for understanding!
-Please plan to bring and wear a mask (covering both your nose and mouth) for the duration of your appointment. Please note that your mask is likely to get wet at the shampoo bowl and/or stained with hair color. We'll do our best to be cautious.
-When arriving at the salon, please stay in your vehicle until your stylist has signaled she is ready for you to enter. We must limit the number of people in the salon at one time as well as ensure we've had ample time to clean our stations between clients. Please do not bring in any food or drinks, and leave outerwear in your vehicle if at all possible. There will be a bin at your stylist's station in which you can set any personal items you've brought in.
-Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment. We must keep the number of people inside the salon to a strict minimum. No one will be allowed inside unless they have an appointment. We apologize for the inconvenience.
-Please let us know if you are willing/able to forego a blow dry and style after your hair service during this time. This will help curb the possibility of spreading germs around the salon through the air. It will also give your stylist some added time to clean/sanitize and change PPE between clients. We appreciate your help!
-In order to limit the transfer of personal items between guests and staff, our preferred method of payment will now be the secure and private "card on file" option found in your Square Appointments client profile. More information can be found on finding and adding this option prior to your next appointment at the bottom of this section. Otherwise, please plan to pay by check as we will be discontinuing cash payments at this time. Thank you for your trust in us!

2. Sign in to your account using the phone number to which you receive appointment reminders, etc from our salon
3. Go to your profile and scroll down to the "Cards on File" section and press "Add a Card".
